KEFTA (baked or barbecued)

INGREDIENTS
1 lb lean ground beef or lamb
2 tsps Paprika
1 tsps ground cumin
1 small onion - grated
1 bunch of cilantro - chopped finely
3 tbsps olive oil
Sprinkles of salt and pepper

PREPARATION
Mix ground lamb or beef with ingredients in a large bowl.
Knead well and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven or barbecue to 375 F degrees.
Roll meat into small round cakes.

Bake for about 15 minutes or barbecue each side for few minutes.
